Shipping

We can ship to any location in India, all the merchandise is shipped from Ayurprabhava Pvt. Ltd., Kannagath Lane, Thrissur, Kerala – 680004. Our usual delivery time from the date of the order confirmation is 7-14 business days for domestic orders. Deliveries will be made between 9 AM to 5 PM. Deliveries need to be signed by the concerned person and if in his/her absence a close relative, friend, colleague, roommate, or neighbor. Ayurprabhava does not take any responsibility for goods signed by any alternative person. Shipping and handling charges may be different based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other parameters. The entire price including the shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out. Consumers will be informed about this before diverting to payment gateways.

 

Cancellation on Website by Customer

We do not have a policy to cancel an order once it is dispatched from our facility. Customers can however cancel an order before it is dispatched. But in the situations where we suspect or discover a fraudulent transaction done for the payment in direct contradiction to our terms and conditions, then we will cancel such an order with or without sending a notification to the customer. We will also keep a list of all such fraudulent transactions for future reference and will deny future access to such users.

 

Returns

We at Ayurprabhava deal with pure Ayurvedic products and hence follow a no ‘return’ or ‘replacement’ policy as we very much take hygiene matters seriously. In case of damaged or wrong product-related complaints, please contact our customer care number at +91 90481 31113 or contact our customer service at info@ayurprabhava.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Each of these complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please send the product back to our address along with the receipt number and we will initiate a replacement or refund based on each situation. Please make sure that the receipt number is mentioned to complete the procedure speedily. To return your product, you should mail your product to

If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team after redressal, we will pay for the shipping of the product.

Refunds

If for some matter the order has been canceled, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days. Some banks used by the users could take a longer time. We will inspect every returned product and only after our inspection would the refunds be initiated. Once we receive the returned product, we will send a notification to you. We will also notify you once the refund is approved and initiated. Credit will be applied to you back through your actual payment method within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the aforementioned time, please recheck your account, and if still not received please recheck with your bank. Most of the time it would be due to the extra processing time needed for your bank. We will look into this and would give you the necessary procedures.
